Does One System Mgt certify us?

No - One System Mgt is a consultancy firm, not a Certification Body.

We help you get fully prepared for certification by designing and implementing your ISO management system, carrying out internal audits, and supporting you every step of the way.

When you’re ready, we’ll help you choose a reputable UKAS accredited Certification Body, but the final certification audit is carried out independently - which keeps the whole process credible and impartial.

How much is this going to cost us?

That depends on your size, what you do, and how much support you need.

We offer flexible options - from one-off gap analyses to full implementation and ongoing support.

We’ll always be upfront about costs, and we’ll never push you into something you don’t need.

As an example:

A company with 1 to 20 employees, operating in a low-to-medium risk industry (like manufacturing, professional services, or warehousing), with no complex regulatory requirements, would typically pay around £3,500–£5,000 for full ISO 9001 implementation.

This excludes the cost of certification with a UKAS-accredited Certification Body, which is typically around £2,000 for small businesses.

What happens after we get certified? Are we on our own?

Not at all. We offer ongoing support through consultancy retainers, internal audits, and annual reviews to keep you compliant and prepared for re-certification. Whether you need help every month or just a check-in once a year, we’ve got your back.

Isn’t ISO certification just a paperwork exercise?
